The hotel is incredibly well-located, right in the heart of the old quarter, close to the iconic Hoan Kiem Lake. The rooms are spacious, kept impeccably clean, and the huge balcony added a wonderful extra dimension to the unit. The service was exceptional, they even fulfilled our request for a high-floor room. The dining options were somewhat limited for vegans or vegetarians, but the fresh cream cakes were delightful. Overall, a fantastic value for money stay packed with charming features.
